Day 1 & 2: Baku

The village speaks its own language, follows its own ancient traditions, and exists at 2,200 meters in a landscape of stone and sky that looks entirely different from everything below it. Return to Guba or begin the drive back toward Baku in the evening.

Day 7: Return to Baku

The drive from Guba back to Baku takes approximately 2 hours on good highway. Use the morning for anything you missed in Baku — the Novruz market if you are visiting in March, the Ateshgah fire temple on the Absheron Peninsula, or simply the Boulevard in the morning before your flight.
